This means no two bouquets are ever exactly the same, while always reflecting our signature soft, natural style and colour palette.
Fresh Flower CARE
When your flowers arrive:
• Remove all packaging and untie the stems
• Trim 1–2cm from each stem
• Place into fresh water and enjoy
To keep them looking their best:
• Change the water every 2–3 days
• Keep away from heat and direct sunlight

SHIPPING
Our bouquets are made to order using the freshest seasonal flowers available.
Order by Friday for dispatch the following week. Each arrangement is carefully prepared and despatched within a week and sent via next-day UK delivery to ensure it arrives fresh.
Your bouquet will be securely packaged and delivered upright with a water source to keep stems hydrated during transit.
Once unwrapped, simply trim the stems and place in fresh water to allow the bouquet to settle naturally into its shape.
Gift wrap
Make your gift extra special with our beautiful gift-wrap. Each item is carefully wrapped in brown kraft paper, finished with a ribbon, and plain white care ready to make someone’s day.
