Refund policy

We have a 14 day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us to arrange your order. Via Etsy or email - nodeandstembyabi [!at] gmail.com.

As most of these products are made to order, your item must be in the same condition as you received, unused in it’s original packaging.
When returning your order, please keep any receipts as proof of postage if needed.
As we are a small business we are unable to pay for your return postage cost.

Once receiving your order back to us, we will process the refund the same day as long as your order is in its original packaging.
