We recommend receiving your dried wedding flowers around 1-2 weeks before your wedding date.

Caring for Your Wedding Dried Flowers
Each bouquet includes a care guide to help keep your arrangement looking beautiful all year round.
- Unbox promptly: Please remove your flowers from the shipping box as soon as possible. Do not keep them stored inside the box. They need airflow and shouldn’t be left sealed away. If you need to store them short-term, keep the box open in a dry space.
- Keep them dry: Dried flowers don’t like moisture. Avoid placing them in humid rooms (bathrooms, kitchens) or spraying them with water.
- Avoid direct sunlight: Prolonged exposure to strong sunlight can fade their natural colour.
- Handle gently: Dried flowers are delicate and may shed a little naturally over time. Best suited to indoor spaces, away from draughts or open windows.
- Longevity: With the right care, they can last for months or even years!
PACKAGING
Your bridal bouquet will be tied with a matching ribbon. It will be carefully wrapped to ensure it arrives safely. If you've ordered multiple items, we’ll combine them into one large box and ship via tracked Royal Mail or Parcelforce delivery.
DELIVERY
Once completed, it will be dispatched the next available working day.
Tracked Delivery: Estimated 1–2 working days.

Please note: Wedding orders are non-returnable as each bouquet is made to order.

Bridal Bouquets are the same heights but they are fuller in stems.
CARE
Caring for dried flowers is super easy and we include a simple guide with every bouquet to help you style and enjoy them!
- Unpack gently — some blooms are extra delicate.
- Keep out of direct sun and away from humid rooms (like bathrooms).
- Some colours may transfer (especially dyed stems like pampas & eucalyptus).
- If using on cakes, please use food-safe picks.
Please note: Some stems may be bleached, dyed, or painted, and each bouquet may vary slightly — that’s what makes them special!
SHIPPING & RETURNS
Packaging
All bouquets are hand-tied, wrapped in tissue, and packed safely in slim boxes (30–60cm depending on size).
Want to send a gift? Add gift wrap at checkout — we’ll include extra tissue, ribbon, and a handwritten card. Just leave your message at checkout!
Delivery
We make and send orders within 2-4 working days (larger orders may take a bit longer).
Wedding orders can be held up untill a week before your wedding date.
Shipping options:
- 2nd Class: 2–4 days
- 1st Class: 1–2 days
Doesn’t include Sundays, bank holidays, or peak seasons.
Returns
Custom orders can’t be returned (they’re made just for you).
For other items, you have 14 days to request a return.
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Return postage isn’t covered.
